Eunota is here to host your next virtual meeting!

We wanted to touch base with you to let you know about our video conference hosting services. Video conferencing is an excellent choice for lawyers and clients to maintain momentum given the current COVID-19 pandemic circumstances.

Eunota has extensive experience using a program called Zoom to successfully bring parties together. We employ a two-tiered approach to ensure connectivity: Zoom and telephone conferencing. The Zoom platform provides video while the telephone conference line allows for enhanced audio for recording/transcription purposes. Eunota will provide the toll-free phone number (billed at $0.05/participant/minute to the examining firm) along with the Zoom meeting link in an email prior to the procedure. All that is needed by participants is either a completer with webcam or a smartphone and access to a reliable internet connection.

First, an email is sent to all parties with a Zoom link and dial-in number hosted by Eunota. When it comes time to meet, each party simply has to click on the Zoom meeting invitation link where a pop-up will prompt a small download. After the short download completes, the user click the next prompt and will be added to the meeting. They do not need to make an account in Zoom. Second, they simply call the dial-in number for audio. The major benefit of Zoom is the ability to create “rooms” where all parties can stay in the same meeting but have private discussions outside of the main meeting space. This process was replicated from a large court reporting company that Eunota has worked with based in New York City.

Alternatively, if your firm is already set up with Microsoft Teams or other platform and would prefer to host the meeting, Eunot is happy to collaborate.
