Certified Legal Transcription
Eunota Court Reporting is here to provide you with certified transcription services for your next discovery, hearing, deposition, meeting, and more. Our vetted stenographers will work tirelessly to ensure audio is captured verbatim with flawless grammar.
The product is a certified and official record of your gathering or court proceeding. Transcription services are available in both official languages. Our stenographers can produce transcripts from our in-house recordings, court recordings, or your own audio files. Private files must be graded for clarity. Pricing is based on a per page basis and transcripts are available in PDF or hard copy. Most transcripts are completed and delivered within 30 days.
Self-Represented Litigants
In New Brunswick, people who self-represent in civil matters must have transcripts produced by a private sector stenographer that has been appointed by the Minister of Justice and certified in the language of the recording. We have the credentials necessary for self-represented litigants looking for a transcript of their civil case. If you are self-representing and would like more information on our private sector court services available to you, please click here. For our blog article on further resources, click here.

Simply provide us with the recording files or arrange for secure transfer, and we’ll produce a certified transcript following all required legal standards and New Brunswick regulations.
Are transcripts searchable as PDFs?
Yes, all Eunota transcripts are delivered as searchable PDF documents, making it easy to find specific testimony or passages. We also provide timestamps so you can cross-reference the transcript with the original recording. This format is compatible with all legal document management systems.
How are my recordings secured?
All recordings and transcripts are handled with strict confidentiality. We use 256-bit encryption for all digital files, secure cloud storage with restricted access, and all staff sign comprehensive confidentiality agreements. Physical files are stored in locked, secure locations at our Moncton office. We comply with all legal and professional standards for data protection and privacy.
How much do legal transcription services cost?
Legal transcription pricing varies based on the length of the recording, the complexity of the matter, and how quickly you need the transcript delivered. Standard projects are typically billed per recorded minute or per page, while expedited or rush services may carry an additional fee. For an accurate estimate, you can share your audio details (duration, number of speakers, type of proceeding), and Eunota will provide a clear quote before any work begins.
