Eunota has been providing complimentary videoconferencing hosting services since its inception, viewing this as a critical service for the current working landscape. We use Zoom when providing hosting services, but can participate on any platform hosted by another party. This takes some of the mental load off lawyers and their staff and ensures a smooth experience for all involved. However, not all witnesses or lawyers are comfortable using this method of communication; that’s where the hybrid option comes in.
By discussing the needs of all parties involved, Eunota can propose options such as being in person with the lawyer and their client and having the questioning lawyer present virtually, being in person with the witness with all lawyers presenting virtually, or being present with the questioning lawyer with others presenting virtually. We want to ensure that everyone is comfortable because we know that discovery, meetings, arbitration, hearings, and other similar types of meetings can be stressful enough to begin with. We also have tablets available to rent if any involved parties do not have access to equipment. We’ve thought of everything!
