What is your travel policy?

All travel within Greater Moncton is free of charge. Travel outside of Moncton is billed at $0.60/km (includes time and mileage). Overnight hotel and meals are a flat rate of $250.00/night for assignments last more than one day or more than 200 km away from the nearest court reporter’s home base.

Do you provide bilingual services?
Yes, Eunota can provide recording and certified transcription services in both official languages.
How long will it take to complete my transcript?
This depends on the length, complexity of your audio file, and where your transcript is in the lineup of other cases. Our standard turnaround is 3-6 weeks. We offer rush (2 weeks) and urgent (1 week) options for a premium if needed. We have also done one-day turnarounds but require advanced notice. Please inquire for more information.
Do you work with self-represented litigants?
Absolutely. Eunota Court Reporting is certified to produce official transcripts for court in New Brunswick. Self-represented litigants must fill out the proper forms provided by the Department of Justice and state that they wish to have their court audio files sent to Eunota. Eunota (and every other transcription service in the province) is only able to produce transcripts of civil matters.
