Boardroom Rental at Eunota

Find a quiet, professional boardroom rental space designed for discovery, mediations, meetings, conferences, interviews, and training sessions. Our two fully equipped boardrooms offer a private, neutral environment with modern amenities and simple online booking so you can focus on the work that matters.

When booking with us as your venue, you are our focus. A steno or receptionist is assigned to you every step of the way to ensure everything runs smoothly. Reserve your room and date below and we will contact you to discuss your needs.

Boardroom A

Boardroom A is ideal for smaller discoveries, mediations, interviews, and strategy meetings of up to 8 people.

This room includes a TV screen and videoconferencing tech, making it a strong choice if one of more parties are presenting virtually.

Boardroom B

Boardroom B is for slightly larger groups of up to 10 people who prefer a simple, distraction‑free space.

With a comfortable layout and no TV screen, it works well for round‑table discussions, training, or sessions where conversation and note‑taking are the focus.

Boardroom Rental Process Explained

After you’ve contacted us and confirmed that the boardroom rental date and times needed is available, you need to book your meeting. All payments are made after the work is done. Rooms are $225 each per day. If you are booking the room and one of our stenos, the rental fee and steno attendance will be in the same invoice to the file.

Please Note: We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation. If 24 hours notice are not given, a $100 fee will be charged for each room booked.

If you are booking for a mediation and require both rooms (with complementary breakout room for the mediator), we will be in touch with you to complete the booking. A receptionist will be present during your mediation to greet you, ensure the doors are locked during the lunch break, and provide full attention and support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

If you are booking for a discovery with one of our team, the court reporter will present him or herself at the location at least 30 minutes before the meeting start time to set up and greet you. The set up takes about 10 minutes, and the reporter will ask any questions they may have before the meeting begins (name spellings, dates, etc.). The meeting will be recorded with as many breaks needed. After the meeting is complete, the reporter will take the equipment home and load files onto a computer (then onto the cloud and an external hard drive – see FAQ for more). If you know that you will be requesting a transcript, the sooner the request is made, the faster the turnaround time. Audio files are kept into perpetuity in three secure storages: the cloud, working external hard drive (stored in fireproof safe), and hard drive stored off-site and backed up once monthly.
