Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

What certifications do Eunota Court Reporting employees have?
All transcriptionists working for Eunota Court Reporting are certified for either English, French, or both official languages by the Minister of Justice in New Brunswick. Every recording possesses a Certificate A in accordance with provincial regulation. We are also fully insured.
What kind of turnaround time can I expect for a transcript?
Most transcripts are completed within 30 days of receiving audio files (many sooner than that), but turnaround times can be affected by length, complexity, and audio quality if not from an in-house source. Rush orders are available for a premium. Please contact us to request a free estimate for your matter.
How are my confidential recordings safeguarded?
Great care goes into the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All recordings are first stored onto a password protected computer, then uploaded to a secure cloud-based storage service and also an external hard drive stored in a safe off-site. These steps ensure your files will not be lost.
Are Eunota Court Reporting services available outside of Greater Moncton?
Yes, recordings can be taken anywhere – even remotely thanks to portable field-quality recording equipment. Transcripts are made from pre-recorded audio and are completed in Moncton by transcriptionists certified by the Minister of Justice.
How much does Eunota Court Reporting charge for its recording and transcription services?

Does Eunota Court Reporting offer bilingual services?
Oui! We can complete audio recordings and certified transcripts in both English and French.

What should I wear to my legal meeting?
Do your best to look professional but make sure you are also comfortable. Black, gray, blue, and white are fool-proof colours for business-wear and you can’t go wrong with a black leather shoe!
Do you cater to self-represented litigants?
Yes, Eunota serves self-represented litigant clients for transcription and recording of discoveries. A 75% deposit is required for transcription services. Please contact us for more information.
What is Eunota doing to lessen its environmental impact?
With transcripts comes paper — lots and lots of paper. Eunota is carbon negative by purchasing certified carbon offsets showing its commitment to the environment.
Can I use videoconferencing with Eunota?
Yes! Eunota is proud to provide Greater Moncton with legal video conferencing services. We set up, provide technical support, and can swear in/affirm witnesses.
